Old hurts and issues are coming up to your consciousness now and demanding attention. This is a time for transformation and for letting go of the old way of life. That old way no longer serves and it will not be able to serve you in the new world that is coming. Sometimes it is painful to deal with what is coming up and to forgive but it will be far more painful for you if you do not. Those things that are coming up have been lying underneath the surface of your consciousness as a splinter does beneath your skin. In order for the splinter to come out, you either have to dig down into the skin and forcibly remove it or it festers and becomes infected as it finds its way to the surface. Eventually, you only heal after the splinter has been removed. This is what is happening with these old memories. They have festered in your mind and heart and are now making their way to the surface so that you can heal. Dig them out now. It may cause some pain and trauma but you cannot heal until they are out. When they are finally gone, you will find that you will not even be able to tell that they were ever there. The key to all of this is love and forgiveness for what has occurred and for those involved. There is some beauty in everything that has ever happened to you, no matter how ugly it seemed at the time. When you can find that beauty, you will have removed the ugliness and you will be healed. Look for the beauty in what is coming up to the surface now. Look for how it can make you stronger. Let the ugliness go and be whole and healed so that you are ready for the shift.

When we remember who we really are and where we really come from then we can live without fear. When we live without fear and live only in Love, then there is no sickness, no grief, no hate or sadness, no war. When we live from love we know without a doubt that there is enough of everything to go around for all and we need not take from someone else. The great Spirit who is our Source did not wish for us to live in poverty or lack or in sickness; it is only in forgetting our birthright that we live that way.
